With 20+ years of CMS contracts, we specialize in clinical and technical support to item, instrument, and quality measure developers as well as care providers. Our work includes developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining standardized patient assessment instruments and related guidance for post-acute care settings—home OAI supports multiple Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts across PAC settings, including supporting the Quality Reporting Program (QRP) contracts for home health, hospice, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs), and long-term care hospitals (LTCHs).
