In 1998, Tim English purchased Insurance Associates of the Midwest from its’ retiring owner after working in the agency for eight years. The agency is primarily a Property & Casualty agency in Dyersville, Iowa serving both commercial and individual clients.

In 1972 Frank O’Connor opened the doors of O’Connor Insurance and also focused on Property & Casualty insurance with commercial and individual clients. O’Connor expanded the product portfolio into the financial services sector offering life, health and disability coverage. In 2004 O’Connor & Associates Insurance was purchased by State Central Financial Services, Inc., but continued to operate under the name of O’Connor & Associates Insurance Agency. On December 1, 2012, English Insurance Agency purchased the assets of State Central Financial Services.
