•	OTEC is engaged in international brokering of high quality printing equipment including the relocation process to a production ready press.
o	Sourcing and selling highly sophisticated tools and custom solution s.
o	Sourcing and selling the desired equipment.

EVALUATION & TESTING
•	OTEC is engaged in evaluating printing presses with decades of experience and sophisticated technology.
o	Evaluation reports through intense inspections.
o	Print testing with numeric results measured in microns for registration unit to unit in both directions.

PROJECT MANAGMENT
•	OTEC is engaged in project management of large press relocations as well as large repairs.
o	Turnkey relocation including training of maintenance and operation personnel.
o	Planning and executing large projects including large repairs within given time and financial limitations.

COLOR MANAGEMENT
•	OTEC is filling the void between pre-press color technology and press condition to determine problem solutions. 
o	Evaluating printing equipment for its’ readiness to be finger printed.
o	Evaluating solutions for color variations.
