As a certified Minority Owned Business (M.B.E.) and a previous Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (D.B.E.), OVC, Inc. has been successful in pursuit of government projects at the city, county, state and federal levels but has left the commercial markets largely untapped.   Our past performance on various types of projects makes us extremely well qualified to execute commercial work in markets including, but not limited to, retail, office, medical, industrial and residential including multi-family.

Historically OVC, Inc. has focused on at-risk General Contracting and self-performance of masonry, this background has given us a great deal of experience that lends itself naturally to entering the consulting market as a Program/Construction Manager.  Our experience functioning within the operations of multiple government contracting authorities gives us unique insight to the strengths and weaknesses of various operating models as well as software systems.   Additionally, given that many municipalities and other government entities are managing a portfolio of aged facilities in need of life-safety, ADA and exterior upgrades, our self-performance and GC experience in these areas make us uniquely qualified to oversee such programs or projects on behalf of the owner/client.
