In addition to our active trial practice where our firm has handled over 100 jury trials, we also handle all levels of workers' compensation hearings and appeals up to the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Susan O'Malley, who leads our Disability Section is Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability and handles cases in Federal Court and up the the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
