 Our firm mainly represents folks seriously injured in commercial truck, automobile and slip, trip and call cases. In addition our Social Security Disability section is very active in handling appeals of denied disability claims for worker unable to continue in the workplace.

Attorneys with our office have handled numerous personal injury trials and appeals of those cases up to the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Our partners and associate attorneys work as a team to handle all levels of serious and life changing injuries and disabilities for hard working North Carolina folks.  In addition to our active trial practice where our firm has handled over 100 jury trials, we also handle all levels of workers' compensation hearings and appeals up to the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Susan O'Malley, who leads our Disability Section is Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability and handles cases in Federal Court and up the the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
