OMI, Inc., is an engineering business located in Huntsville, Alabama.  John M. Ozier, P.E., and Keith J. Mandel, P.E., founded the company in the spring of 1995. Since then, John Ozier and Keith Mandel have earned reputations for developing highly innovative, analytical solutions to projects during the design stage, and for making quick judgments in the field when keeping the job moving is critical.

Geotechnical engineering is a fundamental strength of OMI, complemented by civil engineering and environmental services. OMI also provides construction support services including laboratory testing and drilling.

The mission of OMI is to provide high quality consulting, engineering, design, and other services to our clients at a price that is valuable to our clients, allows our employees to be fairly compensated, and returns a fair profit to the company.
