Our mission is to improve the daily lives of children and adults by providing clean and healthy lighting. We distribute safe, rechargeable solar lights around the world, replacing dangerous and polluting kerosene lamps. To date we have distributed 50,000 lights in 30 countries since 2008.  Our lights our distributed through global ambassadors and NGO partnerships.  

Locally we are have a One Million Students program, where we travel to schools and present our fun, interactive and ready to go curriculum.  We are seeking new schools in the San Francisco Bay area to work with. 

We are primarily funded by donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations.  

We are always seeking volunteers of all types.
