The “Co-Employer” relationship enables you to focus on your core business and outsource the non-revenue employee administrative details to OneSource saving you both time and money! What is the ASO Concept? OneSource understands that the PEO option may not be the solution for every business. An alternative to the PEO model is the “Administrative Services Outsourcing” or ASO option. An ASO (also commonly referred to as “Business Process Outsourcing”) provides employee administration without the “Co-Employer” relationship.
