Orange Technical College is a not-for-profit higher education institution located in Orlando, Florida, operating within Orange County Public Schools, the seventh-largest school district in the United States. It traces its origins to a 2013 consolidation of five campuses into OCPS Tech Centers and was established as OTC in 2016 under the Orange County School Board and OCPS Superintendent Dr. Barbara M. Jenkins.
