OSO Home Care provides Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion and Home Health Nursing Care services throughout the Southern California area. The therapies we administer include specialty pharmacy and infusion as well as antibiotics, IVIG, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, pain management, and factor.  We offer a comprehensive disease management program for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Growth Disorders, Immune Suppression, Hemophilia, RSV and others.     

OSO has developed infusion centers that help payers save on spend based on alternate site opportunities. Our Infusion Centers service over 350 patients per month with varying therapies.
