OSO Home Care provides Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion and Home Health Nursing Care services throughout the Southern California area. Along with our traditional pharmacy services, OSO Home Care has become the leader in developing effective programs that many Southern California Hospitals, Medical Groups and IPA’s are currently utilizing to manage medical spend and hospital readmissions. Our ER Diversion Program, Patient Touch program, Out-Patient Blood Transfusion Program as well as our Oncology Drug Cost Savings Programs are just a few areas that we have been able to significantly assist hospitals in managing costs. OSO Home Care’s mission is to provide the highest quality and cost-effective healthcare services to the patients we serve through education, assessment, and management of care.  The therapies we administer include specialty pharmacy and infusion as well as antibiotics, IVIG, parenteral nutrition, chemotherapy, pain management, and factor.  We offer a comprehensive disease management program for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Growth Disorders, Immune Suppression, Hemophilia, RSV and others.     

OSO has developed infusion centers that help payers save on spend based on alternate site opportunities. Our Infusion Centers service over 350 patients per month with varying therapies.
