Ostrander Construction is a Commercial General Contractor specializing in interior build-out and remodel work. We self-perform carpentry and drywall work with union tradesmen. We work closely with owners and contractors on new construction, remodeling, and interior remodel work.

We’ve built an excellent reputation throughout the industry by coupling excellent service with competitive pricing. Since our inception in 1993, we have successfully completed over 800 interior build-out and remodel projects.

Projects generally range in size from $25,000 to $5,000,000. Our geographic area focuses on the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area. We have completed many projects throughout the suburbs, and are familiar with licensing, permitting and inspection procedures of most municipalities.
