Founded by a registered patent agent, Outsource Asia, LLC is a San Francisco company that aims to bring the benefits of oversea outsourcing to the patent paralegal industry. Our clients comprise law firms, solo practitioners, academic institutions, technology companies, patent licensing and managing companies, in-house counsels, and individual inventors.  Since we began in 2015, we have helped many attorneys and agents start their practice where the cost of hiring an in-house paralegal may have prevented them from doing so before. 

Unlike other oversea services, we are a U.S. company with staff located in the United States and Asia. This means that we are able to accommodate multiple time zones and provide low-cost oversea outsourcing, while conforming to all export control laws.

Most importantly, we deliver expert services to support your patent prosecution practice by performing more efficiently and economically than an in-house patent legal support department; we’ve been doing this for years and there aren’t many tasks that we cannot handle.  We can be your primary paralegals, or we can support an existing team in your firm.
