Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) is a bi-state safety-net medical provider based in Gravette, Arkansas, serving urban and rural communities throughout the Ozarks. The system includes a hospital in Gravette and several satellite clinics across Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. The Gravette facility offers a 25-bed inpatient unit and a 24-hour emergency department staffed by board-certified emergency physicians, along with a wide range of services such as outpatient infusions and transfusions, geriatric psychiatry, wound care, and restorative therapies. It provides surgical care across general, ENT, orthopedic, dental, podiatry, and plastics; inpatient and outpatient mental health; therapy (physical, occupational, and speech); cardiopulmonary testing and a sleep lab; diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray); and a comprehensive hospital and reference laboratory. The health system also pursues patient-centered medical homes through about a dozen rural health clinics and two provider-based clinics in Gravette, AR, and Springfield, MO, complemented by specialty services including Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Diabetes Care, Hepatitis C, Urology, Geriatrics, Pain Management, and a Fatty Liver clinic (FLAG). 

OCH accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TriCare, and most commercial insurances, reflecting its role in expanding access to care. Its mission is to deliver healthcare and preventive services in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to underserved populations and improving access. In 2024, the network expanded its footprint through acquisitions, including Decatur Medi Clinic (reopening as OCH Decatur Clinic) and another medical facility.
