Our History P&A Industrial Fabrications is located in Roxboro, NC which is 30 miles north of Durham, near the Virginia border. Our primary product is the high pile woven fabric that go into making paint rollers. In the last few years we have also started new companies that make premium baby blankets (trade name Goosewaddle), and rain barrels (trade name, Epoch Solutions). There are several other product lines under development. P&A employs approximately 45 people. Our production associates average nearly 25 years in the textile industry. In the transition from the acquisition of assets from Collins and Aikman, P&A was able to select and retain a team of highly skilled production associates and management staff that enabled the newly formed company to start operations seamlessly. The entire organization is dedicated to the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Each employee participates in multiple 5S, Lean, or Kaizen events annually. P&A’s reputation is built on dedication to our staff, customers, and our community. We take pride in producing high quality products delivered on time.
