Paradigm Construction, Inc. believes that each project is an opportunity for a unique partnership with project owners and professional designers alike; each vision will be transformed into a tangible reality through experience, collaborative teamwork, integrity and skilled resource management.

Who We Are
Paradigm Construction Management is a for-profit, privately-held S corporation, currently 100% owned by Danny Savage and Shawn Hemiller.  We are based in Modesto, California. We provide services in all phases of construction; including design-build, commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, retail, agriculture and residential renovation.

If you need design services, or if you have a complete set of construction plans, we have the resources and expertise to deliver your project on-time and within your budget.  We believe that three main principles are the key components a successful project: teamwork, communication and accountability.  With that in mind we developed our construction process to ensure that those three principles aren't just something we say in an effort to partner with you on one project, our goal is to develop a lasting partnership so you know you can rely on us for all of your construction needs moving forward.
