We were founded by Professor Linda Hill of Harvard Business School and Greg Brandeau, former Senior Vice President of Technology at Pixar — sought-after thinkers, speakers, and change catalysts.

Paradox’s spectrum of strategies grows from Linda Hill’s groundbreaking research among super-creative leaders and ingenious enterprises all over the world; from Greg Brandeau’s Pixar-tested philosophy of innovation; and from the deep field experience of partners Taran Swan and Cheryl Whaley, veterans of the C-Suite and seasoned coaches.
