Co-founders Craig & Joel Jackman started Paragon IT Professionals in 1997 to change how search firms and clients interacted. With a desire to be more than a vendor, Paragon became a valued partner helping clients hire the right people in the right jobs. The Jackmans built a great company where people could thrive, love their work, and make a meaningful contribution.

In 2010, Paragon expanded its focus to help technical talent grow into strong, emotionally intelligent leaders by offering an IT Leadership Forum in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and Arizona. Today, that offering has grown to offer 1:1 leadership coaching, team building & effective communication, and employee engagement strategies.
