Parkway Construction was founded in 1981 by John Elmer, whose vision was for Parkway to become the “Customer’s Choice” by delivering excellent projects with excellent people. Parkway has realized this vision by placing the highest priority on staying true to its values of integrity, trust, and respect.

Parkway recognized early on that the best way to provide the highest level of service is to develop repeat customers with similar values, and vision. Our specialty and value add is our ability to tailor to our customer’s requirements for national growth, design-build roll outs, and preconstruction services. Assisting with site selection, permitting, fixturing, and procurement, our mission is to make our client’s rollout program less burdensome.
