What makes us different from most Personal Training studios is the way we focus on injury prevention& maintenance.  We use advanced tools like a Functional Movement Screening to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.  Once we figure out the baseline for a client, we correct any asymmetries/ abnormalities before we progress them to strength training.  We have helped many people who were close to having surgery on either their back, knee, or shoulder.  We restore mobility, stability, and flexibility levels improving the quality of life in each individual.  Fitness changes lives for the better: physically, emotionally, and cognitively.  With a true “passion” for healthy eating and proper exercise, we create a personalized program for each client, based on their individual needs.
  Resources we provide include nutritional counseling, weight management, supplements, injury rehabilitation, cardiovascular and weight training.  With two fully-equipped fitness studios in Phoenixville, PA, and Exton, PA, as well as a cardiovascular studio in Exton, PA (our sister company Passion Cycles ),  cardiovascular classes, fitness coaching, and nutritional counseling in a supportive, nurturing environment.
