Family-led stability Pattillo Construction is a fourth generation, family-owned business with a long-standing reputation for safety, integrity, teamwork and long-term relationships, suggesting reliability and a preference for repeat, trust-based partnerships with clients.

Regional growth focus The vision emphasizes being the preferred general contractor in the Southeast USA for design-build, interiors, industrial and special projects, indicating potential opportunities in manufacturing, distribution and industrial expansion across the region.

Mid-market potential Current revenue range ($25M-$50M) and staffing (11-50 employees) places Pattillo in the mid-market tier, presenting upsell opportunities for larger regional projects, as well as complementary services for existing clients seeking scalable construction solutions.

Leadership transition Recent leadership changes, including a planned promotion to Chief Operations Officer and the retirement of the former COO, signal potential openings for new strategic initiatives, alliances, and executive-level partnerships during the transition period.

Tech-enabled delivery Adoption of construction tech tools (AutoCAD, On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft 365, Project) and standard security practices suggests openness to digital collaboration, BIM-driven design-build endeavors, and efficiency improvements for complex projects.
