Pavarini McGovern is the “new building” business unit of the STO Building Group in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Pavarini McGovern's project types include entirely new structures, major expansions, and building repositioning for both public and private sector clients in a variety of market sectors including cultural, education, hospitality, residential, retail, commercial/office, and civic/institutional.

Pavarini McGovern was founded as a member of STO Building Group in 2001.
