Pavarini McGovern is the “new building” business unit of the STO Building Group in the greater New York City metropolitan and West Palm Beach, FL areas. Pavarini McGovern's project types include entirely new structures, major expansions, and building repositioning for both public and private sector clients in a variety of market sectors including cultural, education, hospitality, residential, retail, commercial/office, and civic/institutional.
