Peak was founded in 1997, and has over 30 experienced environmental professionals led by ten LSRPs utilizing available regulatory options to cost-effectively manage environmental costs. Our Principals and Senior Project Managers have significant experience in the New Jersey market, having been involved since the earliest days of ECRA, it's transition to ISRA, Underground Storage Tank Compliance and the evolution of the Site Remediation Reform Act.

Our due diligence professionals have completed thousands of ASTM compliant Phase I Site Assessments throughout the country for a variety of lending institutions, and real estate interests.
