Peak was founded in 1997, and has over 30 experienced environmental professionals led by ten LSRPs utilizing available regulatory options to cost-effectively manage environmental costs. Our due diligence professionals have completed thousands of ASTM compliant Phase I Site Assessments throughout the country for a variety of lending institutions, and real estate interests.
