Pease Capital Advisors (PCA)  was founded in 2015 with the mission to help companies and individuals execute their growth strategy through acquisition. PCA was created as a value-added service division within Pease & Associates CPAs. While PCA leverages the strength of Pease & Associates CPAs for due diligence, valuation, and other financial M&A related services, the focus of PCA is on the buy-side needs of middle-market companies and individuals.
