Penstock Coffee Company is a specialty coffee roastery in Highland Park, New Jersey. We source fair and directly traded coffee of the highest quality that we roast and sell to improve the lives of both the people who produce and consume it.

Our passion for coffee grew out of two realizations:

Great coffee is delicious; and
We love coffee’s potential to create community.
As such, we’re not just a business roasting coffee; we are also a “social enterprise” with a passion to transform our city and communities around the world through the following:

1.  Sourcing the highest quality, sustainably produced coffees through Fair and Direct-trade relationships with coffee farmers around the world;
2.  Roasting each coffee individually, looking for a beans own “sweet spot” that highlights the characteristics unique to where it was grown;
3.  Providing educational opportunities on coffee and sustainability to our neighbors;
