Performance is an industry leading wood packaging manufacturer, recycler and trucking company that has been family owned and operated since 1981. In 2016, Performance entered the firewood industry as well, and is now a top producer of retail firewood in the mid-west.  We employ over 250 workers at our Wisconsin and Upper Michigan locations.
 
The Pallet and Transportation Operations are located in Seymour, WI. Performance manufactures more than 3,000,000 pallets\crates\boxes and processes about 300,000,000 pounds of recycled material each year.  Our fleet of 40 trucks and over 350 trailers operates in excess of 5,000,000 miles annually throughout the Midwest, and we offer brokerage services to customers nationwide.  The Sawmill Operation located in Carney, MI produces 20,000,000 board feet of lumber annually while recycling our waste product in the forms of firewood, animal bedding and boiler fuel.
