Perpetum Consulting serves high net worth families in Latin America and the United States by providing support through our experience as trustees, company managers, attorneys and coaches. We are here to protect your family’s interests and help you navigate challenges such as transition planning, ownership change, wealth accumulation and wealth management issues, conflict resolution as well as family and business governance.

Our firm has over 20 years of international experience in the private wealth industry, working with family-owned business, family dynamics, and wealth accumulation across generations and borders. We have extensive experience in compliance with multiple tax and legal systems, and help clients plan for multi-jurisdiction and intergenerational ownership change.

Our inclusive approach focuses on the family as a whole. We help foster trust among the family members and look at wealth in a way that ensures a legacy. The work we do is confidential and personal in nature, and often involves an extensive evaluation of family dynamics and business structures. We are not interested in selling products or services for commissions and fees. Instead we are fully dedicated to build trust and empower families to manage their wealth with intention and purpose.
