The site grew to include fun type materials. Beginning in 2015, Personality Playbook has grown to include articles and tips on using Myers-Briggs in the workplace, and it has added a full-time consulting business, aimed at providing the same, top quality information to your business and/or organization. Owner, Sadie Young, spent over a dozen years working in sales, training, and business management before becoming a counselor, instructor, and career services professional in higher education, and background provides her with an uncommon ability to relate personality principles to aspects of business and personal life, in a way that provides positive results in communication, customer service, leadership, stress management, counseling, teaching, learning, etc.
