With a focus on providing top quality information on the genuine Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Personality Playbook began in 2013 as a website offering type descriptions and articles on using the MBTI as a college faculty member, staff member, student, or other individual interested in the indicator. The site grew to include fun type materials.

Beginning in 2015, Personality Playbook has grown to include articles and tips on using Myers-Briggs in the workplace, and it has added a full-time consulting business, aimed at providing the same, top quality information to your business and/or organization.

Owner, Sadie Young, spent over a dozen years working in sales, training, and business management before becoming a counselor, instructor, and career services professional in higher education, and background provides  her with an uncommon ability to relate personality principles to aspects of business and personal life, in a way that provides positive results in communication, customer service, leadership, stress management, counseling, teaching, learning, etc.
