Since 2010, Phase2Careers is a  501(c)(3)Bay Area career resource for “Over 40" professionals. Phase2Careers assists individuals in all stages of  their career transition from their job search to career change and career development.

The scope of the programs cover all aspects of job search, career  workshops/webinars from local experts, important issues facing the “Over 40” worker, recruiting and networking opportunities, and small business topics.

The mission of Phase2Careers is to prepare and empower the “Over 40” worker for career opportunities in today’s economy.
