Photon Energy specialises in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of solar PV and battery storage systems.  Photon Energy is a successful awarding winning, accredited, renewable energy organisation. Established in 2006, we have become one of the UK’s leading independent installers of solar PV systems.

With our headquarters in Reading we have an office in Poole along with warehouses in Dartford and Huddersfield, we have a strong presence throughout the UK. 

Specialising in roof-mounted solar, we have installed 70 MW of roof-mounted PV on:

• Council offices, care homes, ambulance centres, A&E hospitals, fire stations and prisons 
• Airports (including working airside) 
• Residential property (new build and retrofit) 
• Schools, colleges and universities 
• Supermarkets, warehouses and distribution centres 
• Industrial premises such as food processing and waste recycling facilities 
• Agricultural buildings

Our services Photon Energy offer are energy storage, ground mounted solar, maintenance of Solar PV systems, and rehabilitation services. 

As a certified installer under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, we are committed to delivering a high quality, value for money service to our clients. 

Some of our certifications include: Solar Trade Association, Construction Registered, MCS, NICEIC Approved Contractor, CHAS, SMAS, Living Wage Employer, BS EN ISO14001:2015, BS EN ISO90001, RISQS, RECC, Safe Contractor.
