Piezo Solutions provides Engineering Support for the design, devlopment, education, training and analysis of piezoelectric components and assemblies that utilize piezoelectric materials.  We focus on Medical, Aerospace, Defense and Commercial applications.  
Over the last 20 years we have designed and delivered the smallest discrete components (0.007" in diameter and 0.002" thick) used in Smart Hypodermic Needles, miniture piezoelectric pumps delivering precise volumes below 1ul per minute, a variety of miniture piezo devices for intravenous and intravascular applications, sensors and actuators for aviation and space exploration, high power ultrasonic transducers operating seven miles below the surface for oil exploration, very large ultrasonic tanks for precise particle classification and separation and ultrasonic humidifiers and nebulizers.
We have also analyzed components and processes for failure analysis, optimization and yield improvements.
We provide training to both piezoelectric manufactures and companies that use piezoelectric components to insure that Engineers, Assemblers and Quality personnel understand the important and unique features of piezoelectric materials.
