Pinnacle Engineering is a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering firm specializing in Land Development, Urban Redevelopment, Municipal and Public Works Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Transportation Planning, and Traffic Impact Studies, Land Planning, Land Entitlement and Land Division Mapping.

Over the past several years, Matt Voivilla, Trent Miller and the Pinnacle staff have developed an excellent working relationship with the Engineering and Planning Staff at the City, Kern County and the California Department of Transportation. We take great pride in our ability to work effectively with the various agencies towards cost effective solutions and successful projects.

Pinnacle's experience includes planning, the land entitlement and CEQA processes, and design engineering for school sites, including utilities, fire protection, grading, draining, traffic flow, ADA compliance, public safety, construction quality control and management. Recent school projects include modernization for ADA accessibility, classroom additions, domestic water and sewer upgrades, and storm water remediation.

Pinnacle has established management principles and procedures that are applied to all of our projects. Our project managers set aggressive schedules and have weekly progress meetings to guarantee the projects success.
