Membership Options:
Pinnacle Health and Fitness offers a variety of fitness, sports training, Group Exercise and aquatic options for people of all ages.  We offer memberships from one month up to 24 months.  Memberships include all Group X classes including: BodyPump, BodyStep, Insanity, TRX, Cycling, Yoga, TurboKick, Zumba, and more.  We have two saltwater swimming pools, one for lap swimming and Master Swim, the other for warm water and arthritis classes.  We lead the way for functional fitness at large health clubs in Madison many years ago.  We have close to 2,000 square feet of Ropes, TRX, weight sleds, Kettle Bells, Rebounders etc. that let you get functional fit while having fun doing it.  
Naturally Pinnacle Health + Fitness have Cardio stations like treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent equipment, rowers etc.  You will also find strength equipment and free weights.  
For people who do not want to join a health club we offer programs, boot camps and classes that run from 6 to 16 weeks in length.  You can participate in these programs without joining the club.
