The company’s Termite Division offers commercial and residential termite inspections, pre-sale inspections, termite damage remediation and dry rot repair. Pinnacle offers termite treatment and prevention services featuring XT 2000 Orange Oil, an environmentally friendly, effective way to exterminate drywood termites that avoids the need for tenting and fumigation, at lower cost to the property owner and with the same service guarantee. 

Pinnacle specializes in green pest control treatment and is Green Pro Certified, a program managed by the Foundation for Professional Pest Management. In addition to rodent removal and prevention services, Pinnacle now offers a new state-of-the-art treatment service for attic and basement rodent cleanup. The new service will include removal of old, contaminated insulation, sanitization of the area, and installation of a new blown insulation product, Thermal Acoustic Pest Control (TAP), which is impregnated with natural substances to deter rodent infestations and kill insects.
