Seeing the need to strengthen its product offering and expertise in the industry, Spearman earned an opportunity to acquire an exceptional company trusted in the industry and also founded in 1978, Advance Equipment Company LLC (AEC). AEC was founded by Richard E. Hoverter, and later handed down to his son, Richard (Dick) L. Hoverter, a talented engineer, who continues to offer his expertise and innovative spirit today. AEC is located in Tumwater, Washington and focuses on providing small diameter downstream equipment as a valued division of PEM LLC.
