Established in 1995, Platoon started in the basement of a condo in Rosemont, PA with a princess phone and a notebook.  From the beginning we committed to CANI - Constant And Never-ending Improvement  by continually studying all the fitness concepts available by taking the best of everything and throwing out the stuff that doesn’t work. We quickly grew to 5 outdoor locations and a personal training facility.  Personal training operates out of a 10,000 square foot facility in Bryn Mawr, PA and a 4,000 square foot facility on Walnut Street.  Our clients include professional athletes from multiple sports, moms, and kids as young as 6.  We help you discover your primary and secondary goals, develop a structure to reach them, hold you accountable, and motivate you to have the discipline to consistently reach new goals. Platoon Corporate helped one of our clients move from #40 Healthiest Companies as rated by the Philadelphia Business Journal to #3 in less than 9 months.  The Platoon Instructor Candidate System is recognized as one of the most thorough in the industry.
