These programs result in higher resident retention, increased property value and self-sufficient residents capable of furthering their education, enhancing their economic standing and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

In February 2011, Portfolio Resident Services acquired Texas Inter-Faith Supportive Services, LLC, a provider of the Good Neighbor Program since 2005, making it the largest resident services provider in the nation.
