Portico Property Management was started with a very simple premise. We want to build a great and enduring company. That's it. We don't want to be the largest. We don't want to grow revenue by 20% every year into infinity. We don't want to be in 48 states or 29 different countries.
We simply want to be the best management company.

Currently, Portico manages approximately 15,000 units across 50 communities nationwide, with focused expansion in the metropolitan areas of Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Nashville, Phoenix and the greater Southwest.
