Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) is the only national medical society dedicated to clinicians practicing across the post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) continuum. We represent medical directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other practitioners working in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, home care, hospice, PACE, and related settings.
