POW! builds confident, fit, safe and productive, adults and children.  

POW! Mixed Martial Arts  and Fitness offers over 45 classes a week for adults including boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, muay thai, krav maga, JJS, MMA and high intensity interval training.  Our kid’s programs are enrollment based and focus on Olympic Judo, boxing and our signature program, Superhero Training.  Located in the West Loop for 12 years, our customers become fit to fight back. Most of our students enjoy POW because they are learning a skill while becoming stronger and healthier. Because they punch and kick their way to their best body in our 7000 SF space that also has showers and locker rooms, which eliminates their need for a health club membership.
