History at a glance: 

William D. Bowen began his career in the hospitality industry at age 21 under the leadership of Cecil B.Day. Since 1973, Bill Bowen has led, or been party to, the development of more than 135 hotel properties across the United States.

In 1996, Bill Bowen founded Premier Hotel Corporation for the purpose of translating this experience into a wholly-owned hotel development and management firm. In addition to managing hotel properties throughout the United States and Caribbean, PHC has executed the ground-up development of hotel assets with a combined value in excess of $132,000,000.

PHC’s development and management experience extends across all major hotel brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. PHC is also an experienced developer, owner, and operator of independent hotel properties.
