Primary Systems Inc. is a control and information system integrator based in central New Jersey.  We design, implement and troubleshoot systems for the process and manufacturing industries.  We are verified by ISNetworld (ISN) and PICS.

Our clients want to improve quality, increase production volumes, and reduce direct labor – leading to increased profit.  Our engineers have systems expertise in batch, machine and motion control applications.  We have extensive industry experience in materials handling, packaging, consumer products, pet products, specialty chemicals, industrial gases, primary metals, converting, pharmaceutical and medical devices. In addition, PSI’s data logging solutions put pertinent information in our clients hands in real-time. 

PSI provides services in Discrete Controls; Process/Batch Controls; Regulated Industries; Hazardous Areas; Clean in Place Programming; and Programmable Device.  In addition, our Enterprise Integration services include Information Portals and Remote Production Information systems.  We work with our clients to select the best industrial network for their processes: Ethernet, Ethernet / IP, PROFINET / PROFIBUS, Modbus / Modbus TCP/IP, ControlNet or DeviceNet.

We currently work with hardware and software from Rockwell Automation (as a Recognized System Integrator),  Wonderware, GE Intelligent Platforms, Ignition by Inductive Automation® (as a Certified Gold Integrator), InduSoft, Kepware Technologies, Pepperl + Fuchs, Phoenix Contact, ProSoft Technology, Schneider Electric and Siemens as well as other vendors listed on our website at www.primarysys.com.
