PCE is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We pride ourselves on our 30 year tradition and over 100 years of combined experience in water, transportation and civil engineering. Whether our client is a small town, a state agency, the local utility provider, a fellow engineering firm, we excel in the services we provide.

We have served over 90 clients throughout the Midwest on more than 200 Civil Engineering projects.  Clientele include private sector, Cities, Counties, and State Highway Departments; along with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  Projects have ranged from simple parking lot layouts and site improvement projects to large water towers, ground storage facilities, water treatment plants, pumping stations, and distribution systems, and flood control/dam rehabilitation projects.
