PROOF Coffee Roasters is a New York City based organic coffee roaster, wholesaler, and coffee & espresso bar company.

We source our coffee beans from sustainable farms around the globe, and roast locally in Brooklyn, NYC.  We serve some of the best coffee and espresso in the industry at our cafes, and we provide wholesale to other independent cafes and coffee houses, offices, co-working spaces, and anyone else who values super high-quality, organic coffee product.

PROOF’s locations are thoughtfully designed to create a nurturing and inviting environment where New Yorkers can relax, re-center, recharge, and revel in a flawless product.

Apart from our coffee, our product is hospitality – which encompasses the relationships we have with each other, our customers, and our wholesale partners. We are passionate about providing warm, welcoming, and genuine interactions with our customer base and community.
