ProPay's processing center is located in Amarillo, Texas and is affiliated with the top local CPA firm in the Texas panhandle, Johnson & Sheldon, PC.

When ProPay began payroll services in 1993, it became apparent that there was a largely untapped market of businesses that needed an extra hand when it came to processing payroll. ProPay started out by providing services to CPA firms and once established, through word of mouth we began taking on additional businesses.
Leveraging over 55 years of experience, ProPay provides service to over 500 clients, with businesses in 20 states.

During the course of our business, we are always surprised by a simple fact: Many businesses like yours have specialized needs that go unheeded by the large national payroll providers. This is where ProPay excels. Our philosophy since 1993 has proven to be correct:

Companies outsource payroll because they either know nothing about it, don't want to know anything about it, or don't have the time to deal with it. For this reason, we must make ourselves and our knowledge easily accessible, offer flexibility for every situation. We must offer the same technology as our national competitors, yet improve upon their service. We must act as the client's payroll department and remember that the service we are providing is the client's assurance that his/her employees receive their compensation timely and accurately.

While basic, this statement reflects the reality of our industry. Unfortunately, most of our competitors seem to forget this. We at ProPay do not.
