PLS Claims was founded by Mike Gates in 1997. We are an independent adjusting company headquartered in the metro-Atlanta area with additional offices in Savannah, GA. Rome, GA, Burlington, NC, Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL. PLS Claims handles multi-line insurance assignments including property, general liability, auto liability, inland marine, motor truck cargo, workers compensation, and first party and third party environmental incidents including toxic mold issues.

PLS Claims currently represents numerous clients including insurance companies, self-insureds and other independent adjusting firms. Our employees bring a combined total of over 160 years of experience in the adjusting field. Experience with both insurance carriers and independent adjusting firms allows our professional staff to bring a broad range of work history to the job and provides a unique insight into the handling of claims.
