What began in the spring of 1990 as a 5,000 square foot limited capability manufacturer of discrete wiring harnesses, has matured over the years to a full range manufacturer of low to high volume wiring harnesses. Various types of cable assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, and all types of mil-spec cable assemblies are also synergistic to our core focus. We serve a nationwide customer base whose O.E.M. industries include telecommunications, computer, video games, recreational equipment, complex technical equipment and heavy industrial equipment among many others. CUSTOM CABLE AND WIRE HARNESS ASSEMBLY Our Capabilities include: -Fully Automated wire cutting & stripping equipment. -Wire and sleeve marking equipment. -A wide range of automatic crimping presses and applicators to terminate a wide variety of terminals and connectors. -Overmolding capabilities -Our operators have been trained to have a working knowledge of wire types ranging from single conductor standard wire, multi-conductor stranded wire, multi-conductor shielded wire, to co-axial cable, all in a multitude of gauges. -Product identification options include hot stamping equipment (for wire insulation such as PVC, vinyl and other materials) and computer generated wrap around labels. -Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Sub System Control Panel Assembly
